Three TWIMmers swam the 10th Annual Monster Mile at Briggs Y in
Olympia, today, October 24, 2015. This is a non-sanctioned,
non-recognized fundraising meet the Briggs Y has held since 2006 and
it is always at Halloween time. The electronic timing was working and
manual timing verified that the timing was correct. I say this
because TWIMmer times were awesome!
Tammy was the first TWIMmer to finish, lowering her seed time AND her
1650 time from April’s PNA Champs. She’s on a roll! Betsey swam a
lifetime best! What more can a person ask for? This was Tom. F.’s
very first meet 1650 and he chose to swim most of it in backstroke.
