Our very own Brother Vince Carmosino will be exemplifying the TWIM spirit as he takes on Swim Defiance this Sunday, aka Zena’s Spectacular Aquatic Extravaganza!
And Zena always delivers Big Time, trust me!
The 5K swim starts at Owens Beach in Tacoma and goes to Vashon Island and back. The 3k swim starts at Vashon Island and ends at Owens Beach.
This is a swim that challenges the physical, emotional and spiritual fortitude of every swimmer and will lead to the Joy of Aquatic Zen at the end!!!
TWIM will be with you every stroke V-Man!!! Go get it!
